The products are fine, but I change my mind

Without any quality-related issues on the products, before your order is shipped, if you want to cancel your order and get a refund, please contact us as soon as possible, then we will cancel the order and give you a refund. But once the order was shipped, we don't accept any return if the halo kit is installed the vehicle. We will replace any kit if they are not working properly.  For details please contact our Customer Service.

Products with quality problems

We guarantee that all of our products are brand new and come with high quality, and we test them before they are shipped to make sure there are no problems with all of the products. If its defect, please contact our Customer Service and we will send you a replacement for free if your order is within three months.

Part of my order is missing, how can I get a new one?

If you believe that an item is missing from your order, please send us clear pictures of your order contents, the packing slip, and the packaging it arrived in. We will work together with you to help make sure you receive the correct/missing parts right away. Any missing or damaged-in-transit parts must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Beyond that, we will not be responsible for such parts or any associated costs to deliver them.
